Topshop, Superdrug, and Dear John Haul and Review

Hey guys!! I know I have been a little MIA lately, but thought I would do a little video to show you all that  I am still alive ;)

Really busy with my Final Exhibition classes but I am going to try and update regularly.

Its Been Awhile

hey guy!! So it has been way to long since my last blog post :( But I was really busy with school and now that the term is over I have been catching up on my beauty sleep lol.
Just thought I would share a few new products I got with you guys!!!

So first up is TOPSHOP Cosmetics. I know what you guys are thinking, its never good when a clothing store tries to do makeup, but I am here to tell you the they actually are pretty good products. I have tried all the ones I am about to show you, So here it goes......

This first product is a highlighter called Sunburst. it is a cream to powder finish and actually has a silverish gold finish on the skin. I like to use it on my T-Zone and above the apples on my cheeks for a nice highlight.

The next product is a blusher called flush. It is also a cream to powder finish and actually goes on like a true blush color, more pink then coral. To apply this blusher I dot it on to the apples of my cheeks and blend out.

As I am obsessed with mascara I wanted to try topshops and see how it compares to the others ones I have tried before. This one is in Raven. I really like this mascara. The brush is a tight bristle brush and nicely separates the lashes. I think this comes to a close second to the Dior blackout mascara. It reall lengthens and volumizes. I think I will definitely repurchase this item.

I also was drawn to these product because of the packaging. It is consistent all the way through with the hand drawing on the paper and hard cover packaging. Its very cute and playful, which is definitely appealing to the youthful topshop consumer.

The next products I bought were from Superdrug and they are the Sleek Eyeshadow palettes.

This first one is there recent limited edition color palette named i-Divine in Paraguaya. and is picture of their website does not do it justice. The colors are a nice mixture of shimmer and matte neutral corals. They are very pigmented and an affordable price. I got this palette for only 6.49 and you are really getting your moneys worth. If you are into eye shadows I suggest you check out their website in the link above. 

Then the last thing I got was another i-Divine palette in Storm. This is a nice neutral palette that you can do smokey eyes with or a natural daytime look.

FINALS ARE ALMOST OVER!

Sorry for the lack of updates recently :(

It's only because its the last week of term and I have so many papers and presentations to due in. But tomorrow I will be finished and then I have a week off to due fabulous post!!! lol

Here are some items I have been lusting over and cant get them out of my head:

First is this Proenza Schouler PS1 Extra Large Leather travel bag. Although I would use it has a regular hand bag. I really love the shape and the quality of these hand bags. And the best part for me is that the Brand os not splashed across the entire bag, in fact you wouldn't even know, or think it was a designer bag unless you asked.

Next on my list would have to be these Tory Burch  Reva Black and gold Ballerina Flats. I have been wanting these for a while now and every time I go to get them at Selfridges I just can't bring myself to spend the money on them. But I know they would be great for adding a bit a flare to a casual look. :( what to do what to do??

This next item, or items are made by a fellow blogger. Her name is Alex and her Blog is caller HRH Collection. She has a youtube chanel and does great make-up and OOTD tutorials. Well she also makes her own jewelry, and it is amazing!!! I watch her youtube channel and she is always wearing such great pieces. So after contemplating long and hard, I finally gave in and bought these two bracelets below!! Now I am just wait to receive them in the mail!!

Everyday Makeup Tutorial

Procrastination is a very bad habit that I tend to repeat from term to term. So as I am sitting here trying to write a 4,000 word paper I thought I would give myself a nice little break and do a Vlog :)
